Summit Graphics is always willing to work with your supplied artwork. However, the artwork must be designed in a software or file media supported by Summit. To minimize art charges, art work should follow the workflow specified. This information will assist you in the preparation of your digitally submitted artwork in a manner that is compliant with Summit Graphics existing software and hardware platforms. We are not responsible for workflow interruption or failure to print due to known or unknown software issues. If you are unfamiliar with the technical specifications required, training is available upon your request. Artwork may be submitted digitally via a disk or email. DISK: All disks must be clearly labeled with company name and file name(s). A print-out of the contents of the disk with the particular files highlighted is also acceptable. EMAIL: Artwork should be emailed to art@summitgraphics.com. We ask that you please call and let us know the file is coming incase of misdirected emails or any other problems. Maximum email attachment size is 50mb. PAPER PROOFS: All customer-supplied files must be submitted with a paper proof. Colors can be matched only if the paper proof is a color proof. The factory may not be held responsible for output in the absence of a Paper Proof. Factory is not responsible for files improperly set up to print as Paper Proof exemplifies. If artwork is emailed and color matching is a concern, you must approve a color paper proof of the artwork. You may come in to approve it or have the proof sent to you. Summit may not be held responsible for output if the customer chooses not to view and approve a color paper proof. FONTS: All fonts must be included with the file on disk or all fonts must be converted to outlines or curves.

following specifications are for the submission of digital files.
Each software platform is listed with its respective requirements. This
information is compatible with our current software and hardware platforms and
their respective configurations. Please note: File preparation and set up charges are based on files submitted compliant
to the information provided within this document.
STANDARD OPERATING SPECIFICATIONS: These
standards apply to all software applications listed.
CMYK RGB (Adobe 1998 Color Space recommended) SWOP Files do not need to be converted to CMYK. The RGB color space provides a larger color printing space, creating more vibrant colors. We also support SWOP color space. Those individuals desiring to match materials printed on an offset press, please specify SWOP profiles. Individuals with RGB scanners and RGB cameras, we recommend that you submit your RGB files in Adobe RGB 1998 Color Space.
